First Abrams/Peacock/Bantam Press Edition (1979), FIRST PRINTING thus; SIGNED by both ALAN LEE & BRIAN FROUD on the page opposite the title page (not inscribed to anyone; Froud also drew a SKETCH of a faerie); hardcover with dustjacket; clean and tight in Near-Fine/Near-Fine condition (no marks, no foxing, not book-club ed; slight shelfwear); the dustjacket is price-clipped of the original price of $14.95, which was only available for a limited time, while still showing the subsequent price (the dj is easily replaceable, you can find a unsigned copy with a nice unclipped dj for around $40); comes with glossy photos of the two artists at their respective signing events; ships securely in a box.
